Paul Rowland is Founder and Senior Partner of Invictus Risk Solutions LLP.
Paul personally oversees all client mandates and is closely involved in every engagement undertaken by the firm. This partner-led model underpins Invictus’ reputation for discretion, structural quality and measured delivery, while ensuring continuity of oversight and senior-level accountability throughout each mandate.
He is recognised as a senior practitioner within the insurance-led risk structuring market, with more than three decades of experience spanning underwriting, broking and complex risk structuring.
He has led high-value, cross-border mandates with corporate, investor and capital providers to support high-value, complex transactions across developed and emerging jurisdictions. His career is defined by measured judgement, commercial realism and disciplined preparation. He offers sustained engagement with institutional stakeholders, underwriters and capital providers at the senior decision-making level.
